TCCAPC | Child Abuse Prevention Kick-Off Event
April 4 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

If you are interested in sponsoring our CAP Month Kick-Off event, contributing to our programs, or exploring additional partnership opportunities, please contact us at: criselda@tularecountycapc.org or at (559) 735-0456. We would be honored to have you stand with us.
Each year, April marks Child Abuse Prevention Month (CAP Month)-a meaningful time when communities come together to build caring connections, supportive environments, and positive experiences for children and families. Throughout the month, families, partners, and organizations unite in a shared mission: to strengthen families and prevent child abuse and neglect.
In 2026, the national theme “Strong Families, Safe Futures” reminds us that every child deserves the chance to grow up safe, supported, and loved. Our local theme, “When We Care Together, Families Thrive,” highlights a truth we see every day here in Tulare County-when families receive the right support at the right time, they can create brighter futures for their children.
As we prepare for our CAP Month Kick-Off events, the Tulare County Child Abuse Prevention Council is calling on community leaders, partners, and supporters like you to join us in this critical work. Your contribution-whether financial, in-kind, or through sponsorship-directly impacts the programs and outreach efforts we offer throughout the year, including:
• Community education and awareness campaigns
• Access to prevention resources for families in need
• Collaboration efforts with schools, agencies, and local organizations

These efforts are only possible because of generous donors who believe in the power of prevention.
We respectfully invite you to partner with us for CAP Month 2026. Your support helps us expand our reach, elevate awareness, and provide families across Tulare County with the tools they need to keep their children safe and thriving. Together, we can ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow up in a nurturing and loving environment.
